China's Foton Motor car company introduced a new model perishable segment of the truck. The model is called Foton Tunland, but its manufacturers claim it is not copied from the known models of established companies.
Foton Tunland build a platform, "in which technologies are used by leading companies in Europe" and boasts 4 (of 5 possible) stars in crash test EuroNCAP.
Foton Tunland is available with single or double cab. Load of the machine is 1 ton, and the weight of the towed trailer may be up to 2.25 tons. There are 2 versions of the drive - front or rear, as clearance is 21 cm
